TDLR Project Verification: Per SB 484, commercial and multifamily projects with a construction value exceeding $50,000 must be registered with TDLR’s Architectural Barriers Division prior to submitting a permit application to a City for review. Without a TDLR project number that is verifiable, a permit application will not be accepted for review.
