 The Texas Local Government Code requires all
municipalities to adopt an annual operating
budget detailing specific financial data and
information.
City Manager Jim Holgersson presented a proposed
FY 2010 Operating Budget to the City Council on
August 4, 2009. The budget process included City
Council Work Sessions, Town Hall Meetings, Focus
Group discussions and surveys of City of
Arlington employees. The budget was adopted by
City Council on September 10, 2009.
