The Arlington Municipal Airport is a full-service general aviation "reliever" airport owned and operated by the City of Arlington.  Runway 16/34 is 6,080 ft. x 100 ft. with medium intensity lighting and a full parallel taxiway.  Two published instrument approaches are available to assist aircraft operations in inclement weather.  The airport encompasses 500 acres on which several aviation businesses have been developed.  Approximately 300 aircraft are based at Arlington.

The City owns and manages:

• 96 t-hangars

• A 10,000 sq. ft. maintenance hangar

• 140 tie down spaces

• 7,000 sq. ft. terminal building

• Administrative offices located in the terminal building

• Air traffic control tower (will be operational beginning August 14, 2006)
