Update on the Grant Process

Cycle I - Quality Culture, Leisure and Learning Opportunity grant requests are currently being reviewed by the Tomorrow Foundation Board. A determination on funding will be made at the January 7th Board Meeting, and grantees will be notified by mail that week. Names and award amounts of those chosen will also be posted on the Foundation website after the Board Meeting. You may be contacted by Foundation staff to answer additional questions on your grant proposal between now and January 7, 2008. This will be the only grant cycle for the Quality Culture Leisure and Learning Opportunity Fund until the Fall of 2008 unless all available funds are not awarded in Cycle I.

Cycle II -
Neighborhood Funds Letters of Intent (LOI) are due December 24, 2007. December 24th and 25th are City holidays. You will need to fax in your LOI if you have not mailed or dropped it off at City Hall prior to this date. No one will be available to receive it at City Hall on that Monday. The Board will review LOIs at their January 14, 2008 Board Meeting. If you're LOI is chosen for invitation to submit a full grant proposal, you will be notified by letter the week of January 14th and a full grant application packet (Forms A-D) will be due one month later on February 15, 2008. Names of those invited to apply will also be posted on the Tomorrow Foundation website after the Board Meeting.
