Award Winner for Three Consecutive Years

The Arlington Bureau of Vital Statistics office was named recipient of the 2009 Exemplary Five-Star Service Award for accomplishing noteworthy milestones in timeliness, innovation and security, as well as for training and collaboration.

The Texas Department of State Health Services awarded the City of Arlington with the Five-Star Service Award for the past three consecutive years. The 2009 award rose to an exemplary status. Special congratulations to Elbia Hernandez, Vital Records Coordinator, and her team for earning this notable award.
