Cluck is Elected to the Advisory Board of the U.S. Conference of Mayors
Arlington Mayor Robert Cluck has accepted a seat on the advisory
board of the United States Conference of Mayors. The announcement
was made during the final session of the conference’s 77th annual
meeting this summer in Providence, Rhode Island where myors from
across the nation gathered for four days to discuss policy issues
that impact urban America and metropolitan areas.
The USCM is a nonpartisan organization of cities with populations of
30,000 or more. There are 1,139 such cities in the country today,
each represented in the conference by its chief elected official,
the mayor.
Mayor Cluck said he was honored by the selection.
