Time Warner upgrades their service in Arlington

Time Warner will begin upgrading cable, internet and telephone service the week of January 21. Some home owners have already received notice that Time Warner cable contractors or personnel may need access to their backyards to complete the upgrade. These notices will continue throughout the project. Time Warner expects to be completed upgrading its service in Arlington by August of this year.
