ACC Telephone and Utility Service Request Forms

For your convenience, Telephone and Utility Service Request Forms may be printed from this site (click applicable link below) and faxed to the Center for processing.

If you are pre-ordering service, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

• If you are faxing your request, a credit card number must be included on form.
   
• If you are mailing your request, checks (drawn on American banks), money orders, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa credit cards are acceptable forms of payment that must accompany the form.
   
• Advance discount rates are applicable only to service order forms received with payments at the Arlington Convention Center at least seven (7) days prior to show opening date.
   
• Credit will not be given for connections requested and installed, but not used.
   
• Cancellation of pre-ordered services must be made in writing and received prior to scheduled event.
   
• Refunds for overpayment will be processed 15-30 days after show closing date.
